Bernadeta is a licensed practicing health professional in the Province of Ontario and works part time for the two major hospitals in Windsor . When she is not busy taking care of others she is occupied full time with Engineered Systems Incorporated providing motivational support, administrative and editorial assistance, and health & safety analysis. She is patient, realistic and provides a strong foothold into the community. Well versed in socio-economic issues, she takes a keen interest in products, societal impact and corporate results.

The experience that she lacks in electronics, product design and engineering are more than made up with her real world, objective view towards the various products and innovations produced by the company. Her ability to ask why, what, when, where and how at the appropriate time, gives pause to those of us that require it in order to proceed on a methodical, well thought out course. She has a strong work ethic and assists with surveys, questionnaires, research & development into various phenomena, and statistical analysis of data. Her knowledge of languages is an additional bonus to the company and an asset that is well used and appreciated.

In addition, her health care background, strong work ethic and good moral character have made her the ideal champion of safety. As the company Health & Safety Coordinator, she is responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing operations meet the guidelines as set by the Province, and exceed them where possible to the benefit of the corporation.
